Return Conditions
To ensure a fair and smooth return process, please review the following conditions:
A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom-made, sale, or discounted products are non-returnable.
Accessories (such as jewelry, masks, or innerwear) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
The return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your YHITE website wallet within 5–7 business days after approval.
Wallet refunds can be used for future purchases on YHITE.com.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace a product, we recommend requesting a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired item.
